General Contracting

Under General Contracting we contract with another organization or individual (owner) for the construction, renovation or demolition of a building, road or other structure. We become responsible for the means and methods to be used in the execution of the project in accordance with the contract documents. We ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and scope whiles ensuring the project is conducted in a safe environment. We bear all the risk on the project.

We assist the owner or the client in the development of a plan that usually involves the following:

• Coordination of Design Document Production with the Construction Process
  Architect Selection
  Construction and Qualify Design Budget and Schedule
  Project Design and Scope Development
  Establishment of Project Critical Path and Milestones
  Identify and Establish Construction Milestones and Methods of Construction
  Finalize Project Budget
