Construction Management
This is a professional management practice consisting of an array of services applied to construction projects and programs through the planning, design, construction, and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving project objectives including the management of quality, cost, time, and scope.
We are your "eyes and ears" on the job, establishing reporting systems, managing system controls, evaluating subcontractor productivity and conducting regular on-site progress meetings.

General Contracting
Under General Contracting we contract with another organization or individual (owner) for the construction, renovation or demolition of a building, road or other structure. We become responsible for the means and methods to be used in the execution of the project in accordance with the contract documents. We ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and scope whiles ensuring the project is conducted in a safe environment. We bear all the risk on the project.

Preconstruction / Contracting Services

Pre-construction planning produces the most beneficial results when it starts as soon as the project. In this way, budgets are more accurately determined at project inception, most if not all of the design intent is maintained, materials and long lead items are ordered or prepurchased to ensure availability, the project schedule is maintained and costs can be significantly reduced. The preconstruction phase of every project without a doubt is one of the critical phases of the project. Most projects run in trouble on the plan table before the construction effort even begins.  One of the key ways to avoid that is to involve the project the management team from the offset at the conceptual stage of the project. As the design of the project moves from concept to the bid Final Design and Construction Phase, the cost to make changes to the project go up, being highest if any changes are made during the construction phase.

We assist the owner or the client in the development of a plan that usually involves the following:

  • Coordination of Design Document Production with the Construction Process
  • Architect Selection
  • Construction and Qualify Design Budget and Schedule
  • Project Design and Scope Development
  • Establishment of Project Critical Path and Milestones
  • Identify and Establish Construction Milestones and Methods of Construction
  • Finalize Project Budget
